The Audit Mgr software allows organizations to conduct 1st and 2nd part audits virtually cross-organizationally in a simple and effective manner where customized questionnaires are programmed with appropriate scoring for compliance and implementation. Recommendations from these audits are then assigned to appropriate personnel and are tracked to completion as part of the TASK Mgr tool.


Once the audit is conducted the recommendations that are in the system are updated by various task owners, these updates are then reflected in the overall PSM Wheel. The compliance score is then updated to reflect closures of these recommendations automatically. Providing the organization with a birds-eye view of compliance across all elements and ensuring that 3rd party audits confirm compliance, reduce re-work and validate existing safety critical systems that help to mitigate risk.


Data from this software can be pulled to see how each element within the PSM wheel is performing from a compliance and implementation standpoint. This is a great tool to utilize as an agenda item for the Central Safety Meetings chaired by the plant leader.
